Veggie Burgers and POPchips!

Hi again!!

So, Jeff and I went out on more errands and ended up at Target where we purchased a bunch of yummy things.groceries

I also bought some hershey’s dark chocolate. I like to eat 1 square of dark chocolate a night. It makes me happy and dark chocolate is actually very good for you in small doses (<– I’m not an expert but I’ve read it in numourous places) The Berry Good bar caught my eye because it’s full of strawberries, blueberries, cranberries, and white chocolate chips and it’s only 90 calories for a 1/4 piece of the bar (which I’ll be eating less of). It sounded amazing and I can’t wait to try it. berrygood

I was very excited to try the Veggie Burgers because I’ve actually never had one before. I loved it!! I had it on a regular martin’s hamburger bun because we didn’t have any whole wheat ones with a side of watermelon and snap peas. The burgers were so tasty, I actually almost forgot that it wasn’t a beef burger.  I topped mine with ketchup but next time I think I’ll use some salsa and cheddar for an extra kick! YAYveggie burger

I really need to start using a better camera than the one on my phone. I dropped my actual camera about 2 months ago and broke the lens. But I digress.

I also really loved the Popchips! They are really neither fried nor baked. They apply heat and pressure to make the chips and then season them with all natural ingrediants. They are so healthy and delicious, that I’m going to have to buy a case or something.  Jeff loved them too. Try them!!!

I’m probably going to have a Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich in a bit.. that is, if I’m still not full from dinner!! It was so good!!

  • Love POP Chips! Might have to try the Skinny Cow ice cream sandwiches…I usually don’t keep sweets/ice cream in the house, but the bf has a killer sweet tooth…this might be a happy medium ;)
