Hey guys! I hope everyone is having an amazing day! I just got back from the gym. I did 30 minutes of incline speed walking on the treadmill. My body is sore from my sculpting class last night so I decided to use the treadmill instead of the ellipitcal. My incline was 13.5% → Read on!  |
