I fixed the camera on my phone!! No more crappy pictures!! YAY! They still aren’t great, but they a lot better than they were before. Today was a blah food day. I’m so glad I am going back to my apartment tomorrow. I can start trying new recipes and riding my new bike!!
This sitting down to breakfast thing is really making me late to work. I’m going to have to start waking up earlier!

- Kashi Oat Flakes and Wild Bluberry Cluster Cereal with skim milk
- 100-calorie pack of almonds
I got a unsweetened iced tea with lemon and 1 packet of splenda from Dunkin Donuts on my way in to work. I had half of my left overs from Stir Crazy for lunch! Then another Dunkin Donuts iced tea mid-day. Today was free donut day at Dunkin Donuts and I am very proud to say that I kindly declined.

And carrots and grape tomatoes for an afternoon snack

I checked out this Natural Food store down the street from my job after work. I didn’t want to buy a lot because I have to drive home tomorrow. I can’t wait to get home and check out the health food stores in Albany! I did pick up a new Yogi Tea called Meditative Tea. I have been looking for lavender tea for a long time in the grocery store and had almost given up. Some of the ingredients in this tea include organic sage, English lavender flower and blackberry leaf! The description on the side of the box explains that the ingredients help support cognitive functions, memory and perception and that the sage and lavender helps to elevate your mood and nurture your creativity.
I LOVE TEA!!! It smells so good! The amazing thing about lavendar tea is that it tastes exactly like it smells. I also like rose tea! I would definitely recommend any type of Yogi Tea. They’re all delicious! This cup of tea absolutely made my night.
The downside of being at my parent’s house, aside from them hating whole wheat, is that they are not healthy at all. But, when my mom asked if I would eat spaghetti and meatballs for dinner, I felt bad saying no because she makes amazing Italian dishes! So, I picked up some whole wheat spaghetti from the store and had her make my portion from that. I had one meatball and about a cup and a half of cooked spaghetti. I don’t like that much sauce on my pasta to begin with so that wasn’t a problem for me. I decided to splurge since it was my last night at my parent’s house. I had a small portion of a really good meal and didn’t feel bad about it at all! Plus, I had about 2 and a half cups of Orville Redenbacher‘s SmartPop Popcorn about 45 minutes before I ate dinner so I wasn’t starving when I finally ate dinner.

Mom's Whole Wheat Spaghetti & Meatballs!

I’ll probably whip up some amazing breakfast concoction tomorrow since it’s Saturday! Till then, have a GREAT night!
