Another Post: No Mayo Tuna Salad

I’m back! After an afternoon of relaxing and doing abosultely nothing, I decided to post again! YAY.

My afternoon snack consisted of Kashi Orignal 7 Grain Crackers and The Laughing Cow Light Garlic and Herb Cheese. I spread about 10 crackers with 1/2 wedge of cheese. It was  phenomenal. :-)

A couple hours later, I decided to try out some no mayo tuna salad. I based my recipe on Whit’s recipe but altered mine a bit.

What I used:

  • 1 can chunk light tuna
  • 2 spoons of 0% Fage Greek Yogurt
  • Baby carrots & Green peppers (cut into small pieces with my food chopper, but you can do it by hand if you don’t have one)
  • Pepper (to taste)

I mixed all the ingredients together in a bowl and heated up a Smart & Delicious Whole Wheat Tortilla. Then I added tomatoes and baby spinach and called it a wrap!

I had watermelon and some sea salt soy crisps on the side!

Yum! For dessert, I had a small piece of Herbert’s Berry Good Dark Chocolate Bar.  And now I’m off! I’ll be back later with more!
