Dessert First: Tram Le's Tan & Nutty Blondies

So, I made something amazing and delicious tonight! I tried out Tram Le’s Tan and Nutty Blondies recipe! I wish I could  post how amazing these  smelled baking in my oven. I need a scratch and sniff blog or something. When I found this recipe, I immediately got up and walked to the store for the ingredients. I ended up forgetting something on my first trip so I actually walked to the store twice tonight (around 1.5 miles all together). Yay!! The blondies were really simple to make and I recommend them to anyone with a sweet tooth. The recipe calls for reduced fat peanut butter instead of regular butter and they’re only 124 calories per bar. Check out the recipe!

Disregard the Domino Brown sugar you see in this picture, I actually picked up the unpacked kind at the store

Mmmmm Chocolate chips!

I really need to pick up an 8×8 baking pan. Using one would make these blondies beyond perfect.

So good! Jeff loves them!

While the blondies were cooling, I had Whole Wheat Penne with walnut-pesto and cooked baby carrots for dinner.

Then, I had one of the blondie bars for dessert!

Tis all! Till next time! Have a great night!
