Ok, so you know how I promised at the end of my last post that I was going to head to the gym and then make a fabulous new recipe for dinner tonight? Didn’t happen. I meant to… but just didn’t. You have those days, don’t you? Don’t lie. I know you do.
For an afternoon snack I devoured a bowl of Orville Redenbacher‘s SmartPop Popcorn drizzled with 1 tsp of extra virgin olive oil, a sprinkle of grated parmesan cheese, and a tiny pinch of black pepper. YUM

For dinner, I had a gourmet PB & J Bagel.

- Thomas’ Hearty Grains Harvest Fruit Bagel
- Whole Foods Natural Peanut Butter
- Whole Foods Wild Blueberry Fruit Spread
I forgot to take a picture until I was half way done! This blueberry spread had ACTUAL blueberries in it. I really think that if the world exploded into blueberries, I’d be the happiest person alive.
For Dessert
