Hey All!ย  If you’ve been reading my blog, you know that I LOVEย  Chobani Yogurt. Well, I received an email from the people over at Chobani asking me to host a giveaway. The winner will receive a Variety Pack of Chobani Yogurt.

  4. 1. – Chobani’s yogurts have SUPAR protein, which means you’re probably going to feel SUPAR satisfied after eating some delicious yogurt, which means you’ll probably be less impulsed to eat that not-osteoporosis fighting-made with natural stuff brownie that you’ve been eyeing all morning.

  5. 1. Chobani doesn’t have any of the fake stuff! It’s an all-natural way to stock up on probiotics.

    2. Yogurt is an excellent source of calcium. I like knowing that I’m eating my way to better bone health!

    3. Greek yogurt has a ridiculously high (18g) amount of protein. I’m a vegetarian, and while I’m usually pretty good about making sure I get enough, yogurt is an easy (and portable) way to make ensure I do.

    I’ve only tried the plain nonfat flavor of Chobani, but I’d like to try the fruit on the bottom varieties.

  7. Chobani plain is so so rich tasting!

    I love that they are hormone free and have less sugars in the plain than most other yogurts (less lactase and thus easier on the digestion front!), and of course, you can’t go wrong with their DIVINE peach flavah!

  8. Chobani is my faaaaaavorite yogurt! It’s really hard to find around here though! I like all of the flavors–including the plain which is very rare for me! I really like that they have less sugar that many yogurts.

  12. I have been looking for Chobani yogurt in my grocery store, but I haven’t seen it. Hence, I would love to win this giveaway.

  23. 1) I adore the protein in Chobani (and all Greek yogurt I suppose) because it keeps me from snacking on salty stuff (or anything really) later in the morning. It’s low in sugar (something I’m trying to be more aware of) and the probiotics help my tummy during stressful summer semesters like right now!
    2) I’d most like to try… well… any flavor! I buy the bigger containers of the nonfat plain because its cheaper so I’ve never actually tried any flavored Chobanis. I have a particular interest in all things peach flavored though…

  25. The Health benefits are many but the 3 that matter a lot to me are:

    1- Protein dense (keeps me full longer than those sugar filled yogurts out there)
    2 – High in Calcium for strong bones!!!
    3 – Immune booster

    I have never tried the Chobani brand but I LOVE greek yogurt and honey so I’ll go with the honey flavored.

I just read all this , after the fact, but i have to tell you that for my husband’s father’s day breakfast i made a cheese from the honey chobani yogurt, and it was excellent! my friend gave me a little filter a couple of years ago, ( ithink you could use a coffee filter) and i just put the yogurt in it, and let it drain overnight. spread on my multi grain no knead bread with fruit and nuts from trader joe’s (thanks to a friend) it was DELISH!!!!!!!
