Hey Guys! Sorry I didn’t post last night. I think I have a legitimate reason though! I went to my first spinning class last night and it kicked my butt! Then, I walked to the grocery store for tissues and came out with all this:

I carried it all home, ate dinner, then passed out in my bed till this morning! Have you tried spinning? Did your first class knock you out? I’ll take any advice you can give me!

It was pretty good. I couldn’t eat the whole thing. It had a lot of fiber and was very filling.
After I made that amazing omelet yesterday morning, I walked to the gym and used the elliptical for 30 minutes.
When I got home, I had leftover spinach-tomato linguine for lunch

Before I headed to my spinning class, I had PB on WW toast for a snack

I weighed myself when I got up this morning and am happy to announce that I am down to 125 pounds. I’m really not focusing on my weight anymore though. I am focusing on how I feel. I like being healthy and I don’t have to force myself to do it. I am still working on building muscle at the gym and losing the extra body fat, but I feel happy with my body right now and this is the first time in a couple years that I can say that.

It’s a beautiful day out today (finally) I think I’ll keep it low key and just take a walk this morning. I have a yoga class tonight that I’m looking forward to going to.

hehe, that looks like something i would do post workout! i haven’t tried spinning yet, but am curious to hear how you like it. keep us posted! so glad to hear you are feeling healthy and happier about your body

Haven’t tried spinning but from what I read, it sure is a great workout.
