Hey Guys! Hope you’re all having a great morning! The Hangover was hilarious! I liked it a lot and would recommend it to anyone who has a random sense of humor.
Jeff and I went to Uno Chicago Grill last night before the movie. I love that place! I know it’s a chain but we really enjoy going there. We both ordered off of their new Best of Summer Menu
I chose the Roasted Vegetable and Feta Wrap

It was stuffed with roasted vegetables, carmalized onions, tomato, feta, and balsamic vinaigrette in a whole wheat and flaxseed tortilla. It was so good. It also came with watermelon on the side! I only ate half of the wrap because it was so filling.
Jeff ordered the Cajun-Blackened Mahi-Mahi. I tried it and it was really good. I don’t usually like fish. He also had mashed potatoes (<3) and broccoli on the side. I forgot to take a picture of his plate but it was beautiful, don’t worry.
When we got home from the movies, I had a Kashi Oatmeal Dark Chocolate cookie and glass of milk

This cookie made my night! I had a craving for chocolate and was glad that I had a healthy option on hand. Yay Kashi!
This morning I had PB&J Banana Waffles

What I used:
- Eggo Nutri-grain Low Fat WW Waffles
- Whole Foods Peanut Butter
- Whole’s Foods Wild Blueberry fruit spread
- 1/2 Banana
Amazing breakfast!
I picked up Mott’s Healthy Harvest Blueberry Delight Applesauce in the store the other day
This is my new favorite snack!

There is only a hint of blueberry but enough to make me very happy! I ate one after my bike ride yesterday.

Edit: I was just reading an old issue of Shape Magazine and read a quote that really inspired me:
“If you decide to take on something new, don’t just do it once and give up. Give yourself eight tries…Then if you absolutely hate it, move on to something else” - Gabby Reece
So, I cut out the quote and taped it to my mirror. This is going to be my approach to my spinning class. It kicked my butt the first time but I really felt better about myself after the class was over. I’m going to apply this to every new thing I try. You should try it too!

Lately, after a hard workout, I’ve been craving fruit…like super juicy fruits. Weird. Speaking of fruits…I thought of you this morning as I packed my lunch! I caught myself packing a bag of blueberries and a blueberry crisp Clif Bar! Definitely more blueberry than I’m used to hahaha.
I can’t get enough of blueberries! Definitely check out the movie,too! The tiger drew me in! haha
