NOTE TO SELF -Make sauce for lasagna ahead of time! I am currently half way through a lasagna recipe from The Essential Eating Well Cookbook
Plus, the recipe called for two 28 ounce cans of plum tomatoes and I grabbed one of tomato puree by mistake! I didn’t notice until I was about to pour the cans into the pot! MAN!

This is my I'm not eating dinner till 11:00PM face
I am so glad I had a snack when I got home from my body sculpting class

- Slice of fresh Cornbread Rye loaf
- Organic Peanut Butter
In other news, Sculpting Class was challenging but fun and rewarding! I’m definitely going to continue going!
I will see you later for more lasagna adventures!
P.S. I just read in the directions that I was supposed to drain and chop the plum tomatoes! (Fail)
Sigh

Sad!! You could always cheat and use store bought sauce
Sometimes I end up using store bought sauce with a few add ins.
hey chica-trust your intuition! read the recipe, but use your culinary smarts, there is a top chef within you!!!
Aww sorry your lasagna is taking so long! I have a super easy lasagna recipe up on my blog somewhere… its an old family recipe but everyone always thinks its really good, give it a shot, it’s one of my favorite dishes to make!
Plus no matter how long it takes to make lasagna is SO FREAKING GOOD so it will be worth the effort!
