Hey guys! I hope everyone is having an amazing day! I just got back from the gym. I did 30 minutes of incline speed walking on the treadmill. My body is sore from my sculpting class last night so I decided to use the treadmill instead of the ellipitcal. My incline was 13.5% and my speed was mostly 3.5 mph, sometimes 3.8. After I was done, I stretched out my legs and walked home.

For breakfast this morning, I enjoyed this lovely creation

What I used:
- 3/4 cup Vanilla Almond Special K
- 1/2 container Oikos vanilla yogurt
- Chopped up strawberries
- Chopped up cherries
- Blueberries
Jeff and I are heading over to Barnes & Noble for a little bit. I am thinking about going to a yoga class at my gym at 5:45 tonight. The weather is not so great though so I may just stay in for the night.
