So 4 hours later…I had one prettty amazing lasagna! I love lasagna so it was worth the time and effort!
Jeff was so sweet and did all the dishes! I normally don’t eat so late, so I was exhausted by the time we sat down for dinner.

NOTE TO SELF -Make sauce for lasagna ahead of time! I am currently half way through a lasagna recipe from The Essential Eating Well Cookbook
Plus, the recipe called for two 28 ounce cans of plum tomatoes and I grabbed one of tomato puree by mistake! I didn’t notice until I → Read on!
