Good Morning and Happy July!! I wish it were nice out! I’ve been getting up really early everyday for the past couple weeks and I don’t know why. I just wake up at 7 or 8am and can’t get back to sleep. Any ideas?
I read an article called “Power Pills“ in Women’s Health Magazine recently and found out that cinnamon is very good for you. It helps your sugar metabolism and also gives you energy! So I picked up some cinnamon supplements at the store and have been taking them every day along with my one a day.

My breath smells like cinnamon for hours after taking them. You don’t have to take them in pill form either. You can break them in half and pour the contents of the pill into your tea or on cereal. I’ve noticed a slight difference since I’ve started taking them but I only started a couple days ago so not enough to give a full review. I do notice that I feel better after taking them because I know that I am doing something good for my body and that makes me happy!
I made a yummy breakfast this morning

What I used:
- 2 Slices WW Toast
- 1 egg
- Shredded reduced fat cheddar
- 2 slices Canadian Bacon
- Shred cheese onto 2 slices of WW toast and heat in toaster oven for 2 minutes
- Fry an egg in a tiny bit of olive oil (3-4 minutes)
- Heat Canadian Bacon in pan with non-stick spray
TADA!

I need to start cleaning my apartment for this weekend. That will be my morning workout!
