Hiya! Sorry I didn’t post earlier but I’ve been busy getting my apartment ready for my friend, Dara, to come stay with me this weekend! Plus, I hit the gym and did 40 minutes on the elliptical. I discovered that my usual level on the elliptical is too easy for me now and I had to raise it up. I usually do intervals and start on my easiest level and raise it up and down every couple minutes. I wanted to stay on longer than 4o minutes but I’m going to a Step Class tonight and I didn’t want to wear myself out. I’m very excited for it!
Breakfast was fun!

- 2 Eggo Nutri-Grain Low Fat Waffles
- Peanut Butter
- Wild Blueberry Fruit Spread
- Blueberries
- Cherries
- Strawberries
Jeff thought it was weird that I put PB&J on my waffles. I love it!
After I got home from the gym, I had a very random lunch

- Blue Tortilla Chips
- Baby Carrots
- Spinach Artichoke Hummus
- Salsa
Plus this

I forgot to take a picture before I mixed everything in (oops)
- 0% Fage
- Blueberries
- 1/8 cup Feed Blueberry Almond Granola
- Spoonful of Almond Butter
- Drizzle of Wildflower Honey
- Pinch of Cinnamon
I couldn’t eat the whole bowl but the portion I did have was so good! I love plain Greek yogurt. It takes on whatever flavors your add to it!
Well, I’m off to clean my kitchen!
What are your favorite yogurt add ins?

I love to add cereal (PB Puffins, Kashi Crunch) and fruit or dark chocolate dreams PB. YUMMM!
Remember when we were little they used to have yogurt cups that came with chocolate chip, Oreo, or sprinkles mix-ins? Haha I havent done that since but it sounds good doesn’t it?
I used to eat gogurt when I was little! Eww! Now it sounds so gross! Blue raspberry yogurt! yuck! I’ll stick with plain, thanks!
I love to add ground flax seed, blueberries, anything Kashi, and really anything cereal.
