Happy Friday! I am in a very good mood for a variety of reasons. The top one being that I am going to the beach tomorrow!! I love the beach! This is my first shore trip of the summer and I can’t wait. My friend Dara and I are just going to lay…all…day. I am also in a good mood because it is Friday and I had a great workout at the gym! I went to a different NY Sports Club this time and it was ten times nicer than the one I described the other day. Currently, I am happily munching on half of a Whole Foods Whole Wheat Chocolate Chip Cookie and dreaming about the beach tomorrow.
My workout today consisted of 30 minutes on the elliptical, 10 minutes on the treadmill, and bicep curls. I’m excited to wear my bikini tomorrow!
Let’s rewind to this morning. For breakfast, I made use of these three items
- Oikos Vanilla Yogurt
- Luna Sunrise Vanilla Almond Bar
- 1/2 Banana
These ingredients magically transformed into this
Oh man! This kept me full until 12:30! I also got a Grande Sugar Free Vanilla Iced Coffee from Starbucks which helped keep me full
My snack was Mott’s Blueberry Applesauce
Finally, lunch was leftovers from yesterday’s Cheesecake Factory dinner
Around 3:00, I snacked on bagels and cream cheese Mary’s Gone Crackers and Laughing Cow Cheese.
After my workout, I scarfed down this
My mother made the best pasta for dinner
The sauce was comprised of
- Fresh Tomatoes
- Olive Oil
- Bread Crumbs
- Parmesan Cheese
I added a small amount of grilled chicken to my whole wheat pasta. This was delicious and so light!!!
My dessert consisted of the cookie pictured above and this
Now I’m off to prepare for the beach tomorrow!!!
