Talk about a late night post! I’ve spent all night with my Aunt and Uncle from California. Entertaining relatives takes a lot of time! I’m heading back to my apartment in Albany on Sunday. Soon, I’ll be back to my normal 3 posts a day instead of one late night long post.
Breakfast was yummy

I had the last WW English Muffin with PB & Blueberry Fruit Spread with blueberries & 1/2 a banana on the side. I stopped at Dunkin Donuts on the way to work and got a medium vanilla iced coffee with skim milk and splenda

At around 10:00, I snacked on half of a Blueberry Vanilla Honest Foods Granola Plank

I thought the bar was ok. I’d like to try a different flavor. Surprisingly, I didn’t like the blueberry in this bar. It was almost medicine-like tasting. My snack served its purpose though and kept me full until lunch.
I didn’t have anything to pack for lunch so I stopped at the grocery store and picked up a frozen Kashi meal

These meals aren’t that bad for frozen food. The ingredients are natural and the sodium isn’t ridiculously high

I also picked up some watermelon and kiwi for an afternoon snack

I ate about half this container and was not hungry again until I got home at 5:00.
Before dinner, I snacked on these

and a couple of these

We decided to order pizza for dinner

While the rest of my family ate sausage-mushroom and meatball pizza, I enjoyed two pieces of the Grilled Chicken & Roasted Red Pepper Whole Wheat Thin Crust Personal Pizza I ordered. My mother told me that whole wheat pizza is not real pizza and I just thought that was silly! What do you think?

Looks like real pizza to me! I had a small salad on the side. I was kind of disappointed in this pizza. There was no sauce and it was kind of flavorless. To make up for it, I had a small piece of meatball pizza too

Dessert was some dark chocolate

I had a couple more blocks than pictured
I am so glad tomorrow is Friday. One more day of work then I am back to Albany for three whole weeks of nothing!!
What is your favorite way to veg out?
Have a great night!!

Looks like pizza to me!
We are attempting a cauliflower crust pizza tonight – fingers crossed it works out!
Happy Friday!
Entertaining is a lot of work! I’m glad you’re able to spend time with your family!
I veg out by reading blogs
Like I’m doing now!!
I like the whole wheat craze, whether it be pizza or pasta. I enjoy the heartier taste and am not put off by the texture differences.
I love whole wheat, however, my mother and husband could do without! Check out my lenteja (lentil) pizza. They absolutely loved it, except the crust, lol!!
