Saw that HG mac n cheese and was curious about it...I've tried another 'lighter version' (ellie krieger's recipe that uses pureed butternut squash) that was good, but totally didn't fulfill my cheesy craving. This just might! Maybe try the cashew cookie? I remember liking that one...but yeah, the consistency of larabars are pretty odd. Not what I expected the first time I tried one.
