Morning!! I wasn’t able to fall asleep last night until nearly 3 am!! I have no idea why! So, I ate a banana

When I woke up this morning, I had a pathetic cup of iced coffee (there was only a drop left in the pitcher)

Plus a Breakfast Sundae!!!!!!!!!!!


There might have been 1/2 of a banana donut crumbled in there…


Oh, YUM!
What I Used:
- 1 serving of Kashi Island Vanilla Cereal
- 1/2 banana donut , crumbled
- Cherries
- Blueberries
- 1/2 banana (the other half went straight into the freezer)
- Sprinkle of Cinnamon
- Two heaping spoonfuls of this:

I heated the donut, banana, blueberries, and cherries in the microwave. Then mixed everything together and ate every last drop

UM I do the same thing and it definitely doesn’t help me to stop at one square!! Even out of the freezer is good stuff lol. You must just have willpower of steel!
