Happy Lunch!!!! Strength work outs on my balcony make for better strength work outs overall

- Bicep curls- 3 sets, 20 reps with 4 lb weights
- Dumbbell Military Press- 3 sets, 20 reps with 4 lb weights
Then off to the gym I went!!
- 35 minutes on Total Body Crossramp with a weird new variety program (3 miles)
- 15 minutes on treadmill, inclined power walking/run intervals (1 mile)
- 80 crunches (40 with legs up, 40 with legs down)
- Squats- 3 sets, 10 reps
- Lunges- 2 sets, 10 reps with elevated step
- STRETCH
Owie, my butt hurts
I really want to try Jillian’s Shred DVD.

The rest of the Hungry Girl Mac & Cheese from Wednesday night plus a Cucumber Salad

- 1/2 cucumber, chopped
- Tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Sprinkle of Black Pepper

Heading out on errands with Jeff. Possibly stopping for Iced Coffee since this morning’s cup didn’t do much for me. I’m making Jenna’s Pizza Dough tonight!! YAY!!
