I love relaxing! Don’t you?
I decided to stay in for the evening and catch up on a few things.
Jeff made sugar coated chick peas and wanted me to document it in my post.

They didn’t come out exactly as he had hoped. Anybody have a recipe?
I munched on Blue Corn Chips with the Black Bean Dip I bought in Saratoga this morning while he experimented

I love black bean dip and this one was especially spicy and yummy! I also paired a small piece of Bluenana Bread from the Farmer’s Market with Peach Raspberry Chardonnay Jam (also bought earlier today)

YUM!
My stomach was a bottomless pit today. I devoured the other half of the Luna Bar from this morning at around 5:30. I’m always more hungry on days I don’t workout. Does this happen to you?
Dinner was leftovers of the best pizza ever

With Roasted Fresh Zucchini (also from the Farmer’s Market this morning) and Sundried Tomato & Basil Hummus on the side

After dinner, Jeff and I took a walk around our apartment complex

When we got back, I made an amazing sundae for dessert

- 1/2 Banana Donut, heated in microwave
- Banana Soft Serve (about 1/2 banana’s worth)
- Slather of Saratoga PB Company Blizzard Butter (White Chocolate PB)
- 1 Block of Dark Chocolate

I swear, bananas were made for this! The new PB is so good too! I am in desperate need of a jar of almond butter though! What brand is the best?
I’m off to lay around and do nothing with a cup of Yogi Meditative Tea. Mhmmmm I see oatmeal in tomorrow’s forecast.
Have a great night!!! <3

as a former writing major, i would recommend changing your major! (and you don’t need a degree to be a journalist so you freelance part time, too!).
and i want that banana donut!!!!
I’m always hungrier on the days I don’t workout.. so strange!
We had a similar dessert.. so yummy!!

I’m more hungry on the days I’m sedentary. It’s weird! The more active I am the less I eat! Go figure!
I’ve never even heard of sugared chick peas….but if they come out all crunchy fom the oven I’d love them! Maybe I’ll google a recipe and try it soon. Sounds like it could be super delicious!
Sugar coated chickpeas WHAT?!?!?! Wow I wouldn’t have even dreamt up this combo!! How did he think of this??? Haha very, very interesting indeed
Glamourgirl and Val- Jeff used to live in Turkey. His father is a historian and taught over there for a year. Sugar-coated chickpeas is one of the things he used to eat while he lived there.
