Finally, Good Oats & Gym Time!

So, oats in a jar might be my new favorite thing ever.

Seriously, I am so glad I bought good oats because the instant ones at my parents’ house just would not have worked

I couldn’t even eat the whole thing but this baby kept me full until 12:00

What’s inside:

  • 1/2 cup Quaker Quick Oats
  • 1/2 cup Light Vanilla Soy Milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 banana
  • pinch of flax
  • (big) pinch of shredded coconut

What’s on top:

  • Blueberries

What’s everywhere:

  • PEANUT BUTTER!!

OMG YUM! Sad thing is- now I’m out of PB :-(

The cool thing about working in a office is that sometimes there’s free coffee (aside from the office coffee pot)

This was a small iced coffee with skim milk.

Lunch was yummy!

I made a Cucumber, Tomato, and Sundried Tomato & Basil Hummus Sandwich on Wheat

I loved this lunch! I plan to make it a million more times! I finished off my lunch with some Dark Chocolate Covered Edamame.

I finally got my two week pass to NYSC and went after work. I was so happy to be at the gym, I spent 65 minutes on the crossramp!

Right now, I am at my friend Dara’s house. We just went to a local diner but I’ll post about that tomorrow. She is making me a yoga mat bag! YAY!

I am super excited that tomorrow is Friday!
