On another note- I ADORED JULIE & JULIA! I would see it again ten times and I”m definitely buying it on dvd! I love Meryl Streep and thought she was absolutely fabulous in this movie. If you haven’t already, go see it!! I actually haven’t read the book (:-/) but I’m going to now!
Before we left last night, my mom threw together a yummy pasta dish

Actually I have no favourite brand of pb: I tasted 2 (of perhaps 3 on the market) and they were crap. So jealous you have such great choice of nut butters there…but not everything is lost..I discovered a new brand which I’m going to try in near future (hope it tastes a bit different than my hm butter).
But Maranatha or PB&Co would be great, I think.
