I spent last night with my good friend, google reader. I had about 70 posts to catch up on. I made sure I was wearing the proper blog reading attire (i.e. sweats and a big comfy sweatshirt) and then jumped on the couch with my laptop. First, however, I took this ridiculous blog reading picture in the mirror

Notice that I’m pointing to you, as in I’m a crazy blog reading lady and I’m coming to stalk your blog. If I didn’t leave you a comment, chances are I don’t have you on my reader. Let me know and I’ll add you.
I love reading blogs!
Moving right along, Breakfast this morning was bliss:

I was planning on making oatmeal but I obviously changed my mind because the above definitely does not look like a big bowl of oats. I was out of bananas and blueberries and oats just would not have been fun with the absence of those ingredients. Instead, I shook up my standard egg in the hole.

I used two pieces of holey bread instead of one and heated two slices of Candian bacon. Then, I put one slice of the bread in a pan and put the bacon on either side of the hole. I topped that piece with the other piece of bread and cracked the egg down the middle into both holes.

OMG Yum! How’s that for an amazing weekend breakfast!? I topped it with a bit of shredded cheddar, black pepper, and hot sauce (duh!). It was heaven on a plate. I promise. Try it!
Last night, my mom grilled up some Chipotle Chicken for dinner. It was awesome! She also made a Couscous & Garbanzo Bean Salad, Sweet & Regular Potato Home fries, and Ratatouille. It was an amazing Friday Night Dinner

For dessert, I had 1/4 of an Alternative Baking Company Espresso Chip Cookie

This morning I am heading to a Vinyassa Yoga Class at the gym near my parents’ house. I’ll be back later with a lunch post and then I’m going to dinner and a show with Jeff’s family!! YAY!!
Hope you all have an amazing Saturday!!
How do you keep up with blog reading?
<3

you’re getting so skinny! (but in a good way). I need to get my lazy ass to the gym as soon as this cold I have clears up. when are you back in town? maybe I’ll check out your gym.
Ahh! We definitely need to hang out again!! I’m back on the 24th! You’re welcome to come to my gym if we can have lunch after!!
Hahaha I was a crazy blog reading lady this morning!! Usually I can keep up with it by reading a few in the morning while I eat breakfast, a few more when I take a break after I get home from class, and the rest before I go to bed but I’ve been sick the past few day and they were piling up!
I love Alternative Baking Company cookies.. yum!
