Hello! Hello! Hello! Thank you all so much for your comments on my previous post! I loved reading them! It seems that with my crazy school schedule, late night-once a day posts are going to become the standard. I’ll try to squeeze in shorter posts during the day if I can. Bear with me and keep reading! You guys make my day every time you leave a comment!
That being said, I need your opinion on something very important. I’m considering a new career path:

What do you guys think? I can be the spokesperson for Crumbs Bake Shop! …No? I didn’t think so.
Moving on… This morning I slept in until 8:30!!!! Come on, it’s Labor Day! I caught up on google reader and ate this juicy plum before heading to the gym

At the gym, I did three miles on the crossramp and then came home and did level 1 of the 30 Day Shred.
I didn’t end up eating my actual breakfast until 11:30!! It was more of a brunch and it kept me full all day.

In the bowl:
- 1/2 cup Quaker Quick Oats
- 1/2 cup Light Vanilla Soy Milk
- 1/3 cup Water
- 1 Banana
- Pinch of Shredded Coconut
- Pinch of Flax
On top:
- Crumbled Banana Nut VitaTop (from the samples Vitalicious sent me)
- Blueberries
- Spoonful of Organic PB
The Banana Nut VitaTop didn’t really impress me on its own but it tasted amazing mixed in with my oats. So far, the deep chocolate is winning best VitaTop award.
Like I mentioned above, this bowl of oats kept me full for the majority of the day. At around 1:00, I decided to check out the Labor Day sales at the mall. I love shopping so much! I made it out of the mall with two new pairs of jeans (all of my old ones are huge on me!) and a shirt from H&M.
Last week, Emily from Food Should Taste Good sent me some coupons to try a couple bags of chips. Thanks Emily! I tried the Sweet Potato variety last month and really liked them. This time, I decided to go with the Olive kind
I packed some to take with me to the mall

They were yummy! I can’t decide if I like this flavor better than the sweet potato. These would be fabulous dipped in hummus. I liked dipping the Sweet Potato chips in Apple Butter. I think it’s a tie. I can’t wait to try other kinds! Have you tried these before? Which kind should I try next?
The chips were basically my lunch. I just wasn’t that hungry. I did grab a coffee with skim milk from the Borders Cafe after I was done clothes shopping

I spent the rest of my time at the mall reading in Borders for school. Then I drove home and heated up leftover pasta from Friday for dinner

I made a salad with baby spinach, feta, blueberries, and a drizzle of Annie’s Lite Raspberry Vinaigrette to eat with the pasta. Twas yummy.
Can you guess what I had for dessert?

Another portion of my amazing cupcake, of course. I may or may not have had a bite of Jeff’s Apple Cobbler Cupcake (omg- so good) and a small handful of TJ’s Dark Chocolate Covered Edamame.
I’m off to bed now! Back to classes tomorrow.
How was your Labor Day?
Have a great night!

I love “sleeping in”. Sounds like you had a good day. I worked on a quilt for my friend’s baby who arrived early, went to the gym and did some work. Most of the day was spent in my college sweat shirt and PJ bottoms.
I love the Buffalo Flavor of those chips. They are by far my favorite!
Hehe I love the professional cupcake model
Ahh sleeping is a great, great thing.
Those chips sound reallly good.
Yay cupcakes! Good luck with classes- what’s your major?.. I think the sweet potato chips would be awesome with pumpkin butter or peanut butter
is that crumbs connected to the Crumbs bakery in Suffern?
they are so yummy!
Professional Cupcake Model sounds like a fun career!
the dark choc edamame is really good – have you tried them frozen?
Professional cupcake model, sign me up!
The SP chips are darn tasty with just about anything, in my opinion. I had them with some hummus love today – TATSTY!!! The other day I whipped up some guac. love and we had the SP as well – TASTY!!! I also enjoy them crumbled on salads.
Have you tried the multigrain???
