Happy Wednesday and Happy Fall!!!! I made it! I got through the majority of the book before class yesterday! I woke up yesterday at 6am to finish it. I feel so much better now!
Sorry I didn’t post last night. I was on a date with my google reader. We haven’t seen each other in a while and we were catching up.
Anyway, let’s talk about food now, shall we?
Yesterday’s breakfast was absolutely incredible
I heated two WW Waffles in the oven for 3 minutes. Then, I topped them with smashed banana, Blizzard Butter (white chocolate PB), and WF Blueberry Fruit Spread and put them back in the oven for another 2 minutes.
OMG Yum! This was amazing! Next time I’ll add chocolate chips to the mix.
I had class from 10 to 3 so I packed some snacks to take with me.
I ended up eating the pretzels and the grapes during class but not the yogurt.
My mom gave me a $5 Starbucks Gift Card so I stopped on my way to class for a Tall Nonfat Latte
I realized I forgot my water in the car so I got a Vitamin Water from a vending machine
I was never the biggest fan of vitamin water so I don’t know what possessed me to get this. I only drank about half of it.
When I got home from classes, I dug into the rest of my Kasha Varnishkes from Friday Night
After hanging around for a bit and doing Level 1 of the 30 Day Shred, Jeff and I decided to go to the store to pick up a few things. Before we left, I had the last of my Kashi Honey Almond Flax sample with Vanilla Soy Milk
Look what we found at the store!
Even though we have a whole tub of ice cream in the fridge, we decided to get this too. Jeff thinks we should stock up for the non pumpkin months. I agree. I used to be obsessed with the Halloween Oreos just because the cream was orange but I decided to pass on them this year because the ingredient list kind of sucks and I have a bunch of Newman O’s that NOO sent me. I declare Edy’s Slow Churned Pumpkin Ice Cream the new Halloween Oreo
I wanted to dig into the ice cream as soon as we got home but decided to wait until after dinner.
We picked up a vegeterian taco filling at the store and I had two tacos on WW flour tortillas
I topped mine with tomatoes, yellow and orange bell peppers, reduced fat cheddar, salsa, and Frank’s Red Hot.
Twas yummy. I actually didn’t finish mine because I was full but I had enough room for this afterward
So yummy! It tasted like pumpkin pie! I highly recommend it.
I’m off to spinning in a few minutes. Then I have more reading for class. I might go to Best Buy tonight to buy a camera!!
What type of camera do you use?
What’s your favorite coffee drink? (random, I know)
I loveeee Lattes 🙂
Have a fantastic day!!
