Don’t you wish your oats were hot like mine? Yes-I grated Dark Chocolate over my oats yesterday morning. Yes, Chocolate for breakfast is totally acceptable. Thank you very much.

A BIG thank you to POM Wonderful for showing my mailbox some LOVE

I didn’t even see it coming. I opened my mailbox and WHAM there is was! So thanks to to Lindsay for the POM Wonderful Surprise.
I had the most amazing sandwich today at Uncommon Grounds BUT I didn’t have my camera! You can throw tomatoes at me if you’d like. Speaking of tomatoes…my sandwich consisted of a toasted pesto bagel (that’s right, pesto bagel) with a schmear (their word, not mine) of hummus and tomato slices. Frickin AMAZING. So amazing, that I skipped my class to eat it. Good excuse, huh? Come on! Food is more important!
Jeff made me dinner tonight (with ingredients from the organic section at the grocery store- ooolala)
He made Pad Thai with Chicken and Rice Noodles

It was awesome!

Can you believe that I’ve never had Thai food before?!? This was my first time trying anything Thai related.

A perfect way to end my night.
Spinning, English class, and work tomorrow.
Tell me something AWESOME about your day!
An awesome thing for me today was that Ellis Henican came to lecture in my Journalism class. Turns out my professor used to be his editor at Newsday in New York! How crazy is that!?
What is your favorite type of cuisine?
I never know my answer to this question!
Have a great night!

That cinnamon swirl peanut butter is really good — almost too good. It always tastes like dessert to me (instead of, say, lunch).
You’ve NEVER had Thai food before?! Holy shit! You have to try their green papaya salad…and their REAL Pad Thai…their green curry…their Pad See Ew, and their drunken noodles, and their pineapple fried rice! PLEASE! >.<
And if my food were that pretty, I do talk to them too!
One awesome thing about my day: I actually woke up early! YAHOO!
Favorite type of cuisine: Fusion= Japanese/French/Italian
Something awesome about my day? Well, the day has just begun but it’s RAINING and I’m using it as my excuse for a rest day and catch up blog reading. Doesn’t that sound like an awesome start to the day? Why yes, yes it does.
In other news I think this is like the 3rd or 4th post I’ve read this morning featuring oats in a jar. Why have I never done this before? Tell me WHY Rebecca! WHY?
I love thai food! So good.
that cinnamon raisin pb makes the best oats in a jar
Great questions…
I love Mediterranean cuisine most of all – hummus, eggplant, falafel, roasted peppers, sundried tomatoes…its all so good.

Hi Rosey
I’m President of Bilinski sausage in Cohoes,NY- Our family is so happy that our chicken sausages are now one of your favorite things. I think you have great taste.
thanks for blogging about us.
Steve
I love getting all natural flavored sausages. Have you ever tried al fresco’s wild blueberry breakfast sausage? They sound crazy but they’re out of this world
Evan,
This was my first time experiencing flavored chicken sausage but now I need to go find blueberry breakfast sausage!! Thanks!
If I’m going to eat sausage it is usually turkey or Chicken so I can feel your love.
Yesterday the best thing was that I had a great giggle with Hunni when he messed up dinner but it was still fabulous.
Today the best part is that my office is slow because of the rain so I can get a lot of work done.
My favorite type of food is Japanese. So many options and mostly healthy. Love it!
I’ve once had Thai food in my life (rice with coconut sauce), it was totally awesome! I still remember its taste though it was so long ago.
, followed by some exercise later on…
Something awesome about my day…started with juggling
I am totally jealous of your eats today – like YUM! Those oats are sick – in the cool way
