I find Mandi's advice to be very inspiring. Thank you, Mandi.

I'm also popping on here to tell you that I bought chocolate chips for my oatmeal last week because of you. You're always posting these scrumptious photos of bowls brimming with chocolate chip banana oats...

probably a repeat of a bunch of things, but definitely get properly fitted for running shoes at a store that watches you in motion...starting out in the right shoes makes a huge difference. i've heard tons of good things about couch to 5k so definitely look into it. run/walking is a great way to get started - www.jeffgalloway.com. don't get discouraged about speed or distance or how long you actually run...every little bit counts! also, once you get into things, remember not to increase your speed or weekly mileage too quickly. a lot of ppl forget this and end up with not fun injuries and discomfort! happy running :)
