For some crazy reason, I decided to walk to the gym yesterday morning in the rain and snow. I don’t really remember what made make that decision. I think I looked outside and just decided that it was the right thing to do. It’s almost Friday! I can’t really appreciate Friday this week because I just had 2 snow days in a row. Yesterday morning, I made a broccoli and sundried tomato & basil “sausage” egg scramble.
