Hey guys! Sorry I’ve been MIA the past couple days.

Since I wrote my Motivation and Time Management post, I’ve been busy, busy, busy getting things done. Pluse I’ve been down to Rockland and back to Albany in less than 24 hours. (It’s a two hour trip plus the hour drive to the city from Rockland and back)

I’ll be back tomorrow morning with a recap post of my night in the NYC for my brother, David’s birthday and other fun stuff!

It’s hard to be a vegetarian at a German restaurant.

Me: Does the lentil soup have meat in it?

Waitress: No, just bacon.

Me: WHATTT?? Potato Pancakes please!
