The nurse said that it’s benign dense sclerotic breast tissue. Not even a fibroadenoma.
I have a follow-up with the breast surgeon on Tuesday. I’m going to ask a million questions, don’t worry.
Until then, I really need to express how amazing you all are. I really feel like I’ve had an army behind me throughout this whole thing. Your responses when I shared my results on twitter showed how right I am to feel that way:

I knew you’d be okay. Now take it from someone that went through exactly what you are going through: REST REST REST! Do not return to work or exercise too quickly. I went back to work after 5 days and I should have taken a few more.
