Please try to tell me that this isn’t one of the tastiest looking veggie burgers you’ve ever seen:
I got that baby at a diner on Friday afternoon, and it tasted just as good as it looks.
Also, and completely unrelated, I had a bowl of banana oats this morning for the first time in more than a month.
I’m really not sure how I let it go this long. I’ve been lazy, and made excuses, like:
I’m out of bananas. I’m out of almond milk. I’m out of oats. It takes too long. The pot is dirty.
This morning, I just said, shut up, Rebecca, and made a big bowl of oatmeal. It was glorious.
Then this happened:

I’m sorry. Maybe you don’t understand what I’m showing you.
SNOW!
I was really excited. My excitement may have been heightened by the fact that I was able to wear my new pea coat. I tried to take pictures of it but it didn’t work out…
Instead, I’ll show you this:

I will tell you that I was extremely productive with getting school work done this weekend.

It’s beautiful, but way too early for snow! We only got a teeny bit here! Thank goodness! I don’t like snow until at least December and, preferably, January! Winter lasts far too long up here in New England! I don’t like when it starts less than a month after fall starts!

SNOW?!?! Ahhh, you’re so lucky! All day today (south of England) it’s felt like it’s going to snow but obviously it’s not aaaaaactually that cold here yet. We probably won’t get any until January and even when we do, you Americans will mock our overreaction anyway
Ah we luckily escaped the snow (for now) in Boston. I hate traveling in it but love how pretty snow is, if I can stay inside all day
