This Post is About Pizza

Let’s talk about this:

Remember last week when I said, “I think I’ll make a fake meatball pizza on a Flatout wrap for dinner.”

Well…   Pizza

Tada! Pizza

It was super easy, and very delicious!

All I did was heat up a few meatless meatballs in marinara sauce on the stove.

Then, I looked up how to make a Flatout wrap pizza on the Website

I preheated the oven to 350, and brushed a little olive oil onto the wrap. Then, I popped it in the oven for seven minutes.

After that, I topped the wrap with sauce, sliced “meatballs,” and shredded mozzarella cheese. Then it went back in the oven for another seven minutes.

And when it came out…

I ate my pizza with a side salad made of romaine, tomatoes, walnuts, and a little parmesan cheese.

Mmmm…now I want to make another Flatout pizza! You should too!

What’s your favorite pizza topping?

Have a great Tuesday! <3

  1. Yum! That pizza looks great! I make mini pizzas on brown rice wraps. Last night I mashed cooked pinto beans (made with onion and spices over the weekend) into pizza sauce and spread it on the tortilla. Topped it with red onion, fresh tomato slices and Daiya vegan mozzarella cheese. YUM.

  2. Faux meetballs on pizza, I have to admit it looks like proper fast comfort food. Its been a while since I’ve made faux meetballs and I will just have to try it this way, just to see the look on my husbands face 🙂

My fave pizza topping is simply cheese and tomato, but I have recently begun to experiemnt more – broccoli and goat cheese is good too.
