Burritos and an Operation Beautiful Giveaway

If I’m good at anything, it’s making breakfast burritos.

And, no, I don’t feel silly bragging that my specialty is one of the easiest things in the world to make.

Breakfast burrito

You can make these suckers with a variety of ingredients, but I like to keep mine simple.

  • 2 Scrambled Eggs
  • 1 Whole Wheat Flour Tortilla
  • 2 spoonfuls of Newman’s Own Black Bean and Corn Salsa
  • 4 or 5 Slices of Avocado
  • A Generous Sprinkle of Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Voila! Breakfast burrito

If you feel compelled to eat your computer screen, please stop reading, and make a breakfast burrito right away.

If you’re not drooling all over your keyboard, please turn your attention to the GIVEAWAY I’m about to announce!
