  1. it has clearly been WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY too long since I’ve been to a target. I must make a trip soon – that mixed nut butter looks AMAZING. (or maybe I should just make my own now that i have a food processor?? ha!)

  2. I think i’m going to have to try that nut butter from Target. Yummm! And I was definitely pushing it time wise to work today too…yikes!

  3. Hi Rebecca. I shall attest to Truth #5. After reading you blog I revisited some otherwise great veggie burgers that were residing in my freezer. Not only were they fantastic the first time that I had eaten them; as impossible as it may have seemed, they were actually a tad better when paired with guacamole! Thanks for the tip. 🙂

BTW… If you have a Costco Wholesale Club nearby, they now sell Wholly Guacamole in convenient 4-bag packages (in their cooler section). Open one bag at a time and freeze the rest. Of course, it’s amazing how soon that they are retrieved from the freezer and thawed!

    1. Chucky,

Thanks for the Guac tip! I’ve never tried Wholly Guacamole! I usually make my own using avocado, red onion, tomatoes, lime juice, and pepper. So good! I can eat it by the spoonful as a main course instead of as a dip!
