Activities That Made Me Happy

Some Things I Really Loved This Week (#2)-

Hickory Nut Gap Barn Yoga led by my good friend Mary Beth on Sunday morning. I look forward to Mary Beth’s barn yoga series every spring and fall! It’s the perfect setting for a yoga class. There is truly nothing better than driving out to the farm on a crisp, foggy mountain morning and practicing yoga surrounded by the sounds of farm animals and wind rustling through the trees.

Mary Beth teaches at Hickory Nut Gap Farm for three more Sundays this month. The classes begin at 9 a.m.  $10 donation recommended (cash or venmo accepted). RSVP on the Facebook event page if you’d like to attend. I’d love to see you there!

Some Things I Really Loved This

Coffee Sodas at The Montford with my pal Holly on International Coffee Day. Yes, I said coffee soda. COFFEE. SODA. Did you hear me? Coffee soda. OK now that you definitely know that I drank a coffee soda (COFFEE SODA), I should probably explain what a coffee soda is, shouldn’t I?

Well, the truth is, I don’t know exactly what’s in this magical drink except that it’s awesome. The Montford posted about the ingredients in their insta-story, Holly sent it to me, and then it disappeared, as insta-stories do after 24 hours. BUT, what I can tell you is that it definitely had coffee in it (really, Rebecca?). Oh, and cardamom! And vanilla! And cinnamon! And it was fizzy! And you should probably just go drink one- no questions asked.

And that’s all I have to say about that.

Things That Made Me Laugh

Get it!? Get it!? Just in case you don’t:

Stranger: I love your dress!

You: Thanks! It has pockets!

Every. Freaking. Time. Is it even really a dress if it doesn’t have pockets?

I don’t think I’ll ever buy a greeting card from another company ever again. I am OBSESSED with Zeichen Press. I want to buy all of their cards and mail them to myself.  They’re all so ridiculous, just like me!

That’s all, folks!

As always, thanks for reading!
