Hey All! Well, I’ve had an exciting night! I hope everyone is having a great one as well! Jeff and I made these awesome Chili Burgers from The Essential Eating Well Cookbook for dinner and that was an adventure in itself, but I’ll get to that in a bit. Before I headed to → Read on! Hello from 2:00 in the morning! What a long day!! I drove to my parent’s house from Albany tonight with everybody else in the world returning to NYC from their Fourth of July Weekend vacations. Luckily, my parents live about 30 miles outside NYC so I didn’t have to drive all the way → Read on!  |
