While at work one night a couple weeks ago, I had the sudden urge to make an avocado panini for dinner. Hot avocado? That’s disgusting!, my coworkers said. They thought I was nuts. I thought it was genius. On my drive home from class yesterday afternoon, I realized that → Read on! Talk about a late night post! I’ve spent all night with my Aunt and Uncle from California. Entertaining relatives takes a lot of time! I’m heading back to my apartment in Albany on Sunday. Soon, I’ll be back to my normal 3 posts a day instead of one late night long post.
