I really need to kiss whoever it was that came up with the idea to put coconut and pineapple together in a pancake. I owe another kiss to the person who put this plate of fresh, local fruit, yogurt, and homemade granola together… Isn’t it pretty? It tasted just like it looks. → Read on!
