If you missed my story about NuVal, check it out and let me know what you think! I ran 3 miles on the treadmill at a 5.5 pace without stopping yesterday morning! I was ecstatic when I ran 2.4 miles last week so you can imagine how happy I am now. I think → Read on! I had a very random thought this morning and am wondering if anyone else ever thinks about this: Why do we close the bathroom door when nobody else is home?
