Yesterday had the potential to really suck. Yesterday would have been an anniversary- a six year anniversary, to be exact. Yesterday could have been miserable for me, but it wasn’t, simply because I have the best friends and family in the world. A few weeks ago, I decided that I → Read on! I don’t really know why I decided to combine pear, tomato, and hummus in a sandwich. It may have been inspired by the beet-fennel-avocado sandwich that I had at the Wine n Diner last weekend.
