I love weddings. Especially the one I attended yesterday on the beach… It might have had something to do with the cocktail hour on the hotel’s wrap-around porch overlooking the ocean… …Or maybe it was the wicker chairs where I sat and sipped white wine (while wearing Jeff’s → Read on! Sundays call for pancakes. Whole wheat banana-walnut pancakes to be exact. This breakfast was well deserved after spending an hour of my morning at at a body pump class. I had two pancakes smeared with plain chobani yogurt and wildflower honey. Incredibly delicious! After pump this morning, I spent → Read on!  |
