Note To Self…

No matter how many times I’ve done the 30-Day-Shred in the past, I will always be sore the day after I do it for the first time in months.

Yesterday morning, since there was snow on the ground, and most of my workout clothes were in the wash, I decided to dust Read on!

Sore as Heck

Good Morning!

I’m sore as heck from my workout yesterday. I love that feeling. My triceps feel like they are going to explode!

Yesterday was so relaxing. I spent the whole day in the kitchen cooking and baking.

I took a break for lunch around 2:30. The omelet I had  for breakfast kept Read on!
