Sharing my work is encouraged and appreciated. However, by doing so, you agree to abide by the following rules:

Many images on Rosey Rebecca are sourced from Unsplash and are credited as such. I do my best to obtain permission to use/properly credit any content I share on Rosey Rebecca that I do not own. Mistakes do happen though so if you notice something I've shared without credit, please send an email to and I will correct/remove it immediately.

Content I share such as videos, articles/blog posts, social media posts, podcast episodes, etc. is carefully researched and curated by me. As such, I do not accept requests to replace them with similar media by competitors unless explicitly requested by the creator of the content shared or by those who represent them. Informal requests - sent by email or through my contact form - will be automatically marked as spam and deleted.

Some content on Rosey Rebecca is written/created by guest authors. Guest posts are fact-checked and copy edited by me. Unless otherwise stated, this content may be shared with proper credit to both the guest author and the link to their content on my site. However, you must request the guest author's permission to repost entire blog posts or photos. You can find the guest author's contact information by visiting the websites/social media profiles linked in their respective articles on my site.

Membership Policies AKA My Super Secret Club

Visitors to are invited and encouraged to join a free or paid membership to support my work.

Signing up for a membership is optional, however, some parts of my site contain private content that may only be accessed via a registered member account.

By signing up for a membership, you affirm that you have read and agree to Rosey Rebecca's Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Site Disclaimer.

Account Creation

In order to become a free or paid member of, you must provide some or all of the following personal information:

  • Name (Free & Paid)
  • Email Address (Free & Paid)
  • Credit Card Information (Paid)
  • Shipping/Billing Address (Paid)

This information is collected and processed securely via Stripe (a third-party payment processing provider) and is only used/stored for the purpose of creating/maintaining your membership account. For more information about how and why your personal information is gathered and how it is used, see my Privacy Policy. You may also email me with any and all questions.

Any and all registration information you provide when creating an account on Rosey Rebecca must be accurate and up to date. Impersonating and providing account information for someone, and/or using an email address other than your own goes against site policies and may result in termination of your membership status and ability to utilize this site.

Free Membership

A free membership on grants you access to the entire library of member-only content on Rosey Rebecca and to all new content created. You will also receive email notifications of new content and the occasional newsletter, which you may opt out of at any time (see Mailing List/Email Newsletter section below). No payment information is required to sign up and you may cancel your membership at any time.

Payments will be processed monthly via Stripe on or about the day of the month on which you signed up. You will receive an email seven days before your renewal date.

Cancellation Policy

Members may cancel their subscriptions at any time through the account portal.

For existing members, I understand that you may forget to cancel your subscription. So subscription payment may be refunded if a request for a refund has been received by email to within 72 hours of the subscription payment.

Membership Refund Policy

Refunds may take 5 - 10 business days to process through Stripe and will be returned to the original payment method. Prorated refunds are available for yearly subscriptions only. Refunds of monthly payments may be requested within five (5) days by emailing

Mailing List/Newsletter

New members (free and paid) are automatically added to my mailing list and will receive notifications of new blog posts and occasional newsletters by email.

Opting Out

You may opt out of these emails at any time by clicking the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email, editing your preferences on your account page, or sending an opt-out request to Opting out of emails does not cancel your membership. You may still access member-only content by signing into my site.

I reserve the right to remove your email address from my list at any time. I usually do this when an email subscriber is inactive for a long period of time and removing them from my list will help improve deliverability to active email subscribers. If you opt-out or are manually removed from the list, you may opt back in at any time by updating the preferences on your member account page or by sending a request to be added to


I hate spam and I'm sure you do, too. So I promise to never spam your inbox. I will never sell, trade, or lease your information to third parties without your consent.

Comment Policy

This site allows paid members to comment on blog posts. Note that membership status can/will be revoked immediately and without warning if any of the following comment policies are violated.

This site is designed to be a supportive community. As such, you agree that you will not:

  • Use hateful, abusive, offensive, or obscene language toward others
  • Threaten others with violence
  • Use (or attempt to use) another person’s account
  • Post material that infringes on another person’s intellectual property rights

Please be respectful. You are entitled to your own opinions but remember that this is MY website. You are free to share your views on your own website if desired.

Affiliate/Referral Disclosure & Information

On Rosey Rebecca, I use affiliate links to promote certain products and services. I only promote products/services that I personally use or believe will add value to my readers.

If you purchase an item/service through one of my affiliate links, I will earn a commission (percentage of the sale or flat rate) from the vendor at NO additional cost to you.

Sometimes a company will provide me with free/discounted products or services in exchange for a blog review or social media post. In most cases, this is considered payment and the company does not provide monetary compensation. Regardless, I will always disclose such arrangements.

Please know that the thoughts and opinions I share on Rosey Rebecca are entirely my own. I will never recommend a product or service that I don’t stand behind 100%.

2023 Takeout For A Cause Terms

For each order placed via Takeout Central with free delivery code ROSEY, I’ll donate $1 to a local WNC nonprofit. Takeout Central will match my donation up to $200 per month. Donations will be made quarterly to the following nonprofits:

Q1 (January, February, March): YWCA of Asheville
Total Donated: $192

Q2 (April, May, June): Arms Around ASD
Total Donated: $112

Q3 (July, August, September): Youth OUTright

Q4 (October, November, December): Homeward Bound WNC

General Information (TL;DR)

All product art is designed by me, Rebecca Rose. Please do not use my work on your own products or sell them in your shop without asking for permission. Information about art licensing, wholesale orders, and custom orders can be found below.

My shop is hosted through Big Cartel, an independent e-commerce platform that makes it easy for artists and creators to sell products.

Sticker and magnets are printed by Sticker Mule, and fulfilled and shipped by me from my home in Asheville, North Carolina.

Apparel orders are fulfilled and shipped by Bonfire, an online marketplace that handles payment processing, order fulfillment, and customer service.

Custom Orders

While I don’t do custom designs, I’m happy to order any of my clothing items in a different size or color if it is available from my supplier.  Please reach out to me for such requests.

Bulk/Wholesale Orders

I offer discounts on bulk/wholesale orders on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me for more information.

Art Licensing & Credit

You may not use my art on your products, sell my items in your shop, or use my art in advertising without permission.

Will I Be Charged Sales Tax?

If you’re in North Carolina, you’ll notice a sales tax charge at checkout. That’s because we’re located in the same state. Hey neighbor!

Is My Information Secure/Private?

Yes! Your privacy matters to me. Each page of my online storefront is SSL-encrypted as is the backend admin, so any time-sensitive data like payment details are passed, it’s encrypted. Additionally, I partner with Stripe and PayPal to securely process your payment which means that I never store your payment information on my website.

When Will I Get My Order?
Fulfillment and shipping times vary by item and destination.  Most orders arrive between 1-2 weeks from the date of purchase.

How Do I Track My Order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, please get in touch.

My Order Should Be Here By Now, But I Still Don't Have It. What Should I Do?
Before reaching out, please try the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package
  • Check with your neighbors to see if the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, send me an email with your order number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, I can send a replacement, but you will be responsible for the shipping cost.


What’s Your Return Policy?
Because my products are made to order and shipped by a third-party supplier, I don’t accept returns unless your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product.

Can I Exchange An Item For A Different Size/Color?
Unfortunately, because most of my products are made to order and shipped from a third-party supplier, I don’t allow exchanges.

A size chart is available for all of the apparel listed in my shop and color names are listed in each picture.

Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let me know within a week of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and I’ll send you a new one or issue a refund.

I Received The Wrong Order/My Order Arrived Damaged. What Should I Do?
Oh no! So sorry about that! Let’s get this fixed ASAP!
Please email me within 10 days of receiving your order with the following information:

  • Photos of the damaged/wrong product
  • Your order number
  • Any other details you think might be important for me to know
    I’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
    If you do not notify me of the problem with your order within 10 days, I will try my best to help you but can’t guarantee a replacement or refund.

Do You Offer Refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers who receive the wrong or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact me with the information listed in the previous section.
